Raw block yard — selecting premium granite blocks

Raw Block Selection

Our team hand-selects blocks directly from quarry faces, assessing colour consistency, structural integrity, and grain pattern before any cutting begins.

Block cutting process — precision gang saws

Block Cutting

Blocks are cut into slabs using precision multi-blade gang saws. Calibrated blade spacing and feed rates ensure uniform thickness and minimal kerf loss.

Polishing process — achieving mirror finish

Polishing

Slabs pass through automated polishing lines with progressively finer abrasives, achieving the specified finish — from high-gloss mirror to honed matte.

Stock unit — organized inventory yard

Stock & Inventory

Finished slabs are organized by variety, grade, and thickness in covered stock yards. Batch IDs are assigned for full traceability and rapid order fulfilment.

Marking and quality verification

Marking & Verification

Each slab is marked with its grade, dimensions, and batch ID. Visual inspection confirms finish quality, edge straightness, and absence of defects before packing.

Quality checking with clients — final inspection

Final Quality Inspection

Clients or their representatives are welcome for pre-shipment inspection. We verify dimensions, count, and quality against the purchase order before sealing containers.

Consistent Quality. Reliable Supply.

Whether you need regular container loads or project-specific slabs, our process ensures you receive material that meets your exact specifications, every time.
